For 30 years, it has been our goal to not only provide top quality service and support, but to also do so in a way that is non-intrusive and safe for our customers. That commitment hasn’t changed! Despite closures due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic, there is some uncertainty as to which businesses are still open and operating. We here at Central Masonry and Chimney are still working to assist you on all of your chimney cleaning and repair needs. However, we are taking all the necessary precautions to ensure the safety of both our staff and customers.
 
For starters, I will be the only employee to do any initial visits or estimates. For rebuild and repairs, we will communicate with you strictly by phone (on-site work included) to ensure proper social distancing. We have also implemented sanitation stations and within our work trucks and procedures for our staff to ensure that not only are they following CDC and State guidelines, but also that our equipment is constantly cleaned as well. 
 
We want to be sure that you are both satisfied by the quality of work and service that we provide. That is why we are not taking this pandemic lightly! If you would like to discuss our approach or any concerns you might have further, please do not hesitate to call us!
